He built his reputation at the NFL, where he arrived as one of two people in the department and grew it into a full-service internal creative agency of 40+, producing 360-integrated campaigns across the League. His strategy-driven work consistently surpassed ratings and revenue goals — including NFLN's highest-rated Preseason and Postseason, Thursday Night Football becoming the fastest-growing NFL franchise, and the most-watched Draft in NFL history.
 

A proven C-suite leader, Jason has led three advertising/creative agencies, bringing the same strategic rigor and creative standards he developed at the NFL to brands across multiple industries.
 

He lives in Franklin, TN with his wife and two daughters.
